Who we are

Hello, we are Cindy and Jeff Rehnberg and we fell in love with Bucerias on our first visit and knew immediately that this is where we would like to call home. That was almost ten years ago. Unfortunately during that time we could not find a beachfront condo that offered any appeal so we decided to purchase a home in Puerto Vallarta - not our first choice.

However while searching for our Bucerias Beachfront Condo we were fortunate to meet a local real estate developer by the name of Carlos Gonzalez. Although he did not have anything for us at that time we kept in touch with him over the years. One day we received a call from Carlos where he described a` new condo Development Called "Punta Plata" that he would be building directly on the beach in Bucerias. After meeting with him and learning about the quality style and amenities he was offering, the choice was simple, we were one of the first to buy and the first to take possession.

Our experience in Bucerias and at Punta Plata has been everything we dreamed it would be and more. When Carlos introduced his subsequent project "Punta Arena" we decided that we might be able to work with Carlos and market this new development using our past experience in Real Estate when we lived in Minnesota.

Since that time we have enjoyed another wonderful experience meeting so many interesting people and making new friends doing something we love to do. The quality, style, amenities and reputation of Carlos Gonzalez has helped make our job almost easy and we expect his most recent project "Azul" just recently introduced to be an even greater success than in the past.
